Good Evening. I was calling with regards to the sidewalk on 9th Street between Madison and Clifton on the south side, the sidewalk is totally crumbled. Women go with   strollers and people  walking at night  can't see and you could  trip. It's definitely a hazard and a major danger. When people can't see what's what's in front of them , and especially as well when it's gonna snow now it will be very dangerous.
