Hi I I was never sure who to report this to and I hope you can get it to the right people. 9th Street between Clifton and Lexington. Is totally and completely impossible to go through 2 cars at the time, Someone has to be nice enough pull over to let you through or if there is no space to pull over you must back out. It needs parking on side of the street. or should become a one way street.
they have the whole field why not make it one side parking
Don't use this street if you don't like it
I think that all the streets from Main till County Line should be one ways, like in other cities. that would relieve congestion while not taking away the little parking there is.
