Tomorrow night, January 17th at 6:30 pm, come to the Strand Theater  and join a diverse group of well wishers for a food and wine pairing. Partake in a feast of sushi and steak that is truly fit for a king's table.  A type of gathering that can only be compared to a wedding, where everyone comes together from all walks of life to showcase the programs and successes of the Robert W. Singer Vocational Technical Institute.

The Vocational Institute was established as an Alternative to the rigid Yeshiva educational system. What better way to dedicate this concept than to have a wine tasting with all people that can understand the difficulties in raising productive members of society. Join board member Raymond Coles in discussing the educational needs of our children. He understands the challenges of raising children, and that the support network  is not functioning.

Come join Simcha Greenwald , Sam Brown, Aisik Akerman and Yanky Judowitz in dedicating this building to Robert Singer. Senator Singer will explain how dear it is to his heart to have an alternative educational system available to the Jewish children of Lakewood. He must be so proud to be able to have a positive influence on our youth. What a wonderful honor it will be for all to join Senator Singer for a toast to this wonderful new system.

How honored we should be to have a building for our children named after him so they can look at the name of Robert W. Singer , and know that their is so much  more to aspire to in life.

The entire community should attend and contact their local Rabbi and Roshei  Hayeshivas to join as well. There will be plenty of delicious food and wine, catered by the Reserve.

totally assur., did any of you fools ask a shaila if there is any heterim for this? and don't start with your chillul hASHEM DEFENSE.you need to cancel this event. whoever wrote this post obviously was hinting to the fact that it is assur mishum chasnus. which seeing who the honoree is makes it an obvious probability. then there is the shaila of achila of dagim and bassar and yayin with aino yehudim. and the issur of taking money for chinuch from nisht fun inzere. Geenwald shame on you. Why is your name not on this? yishai is ok with this?

  31. Anonymous says:

Why is he using NJ State letterhead?????????????

  32. Anonymous says:

Singer says CEO, VAAD, BMG would do anything for buck, the evidence is =Cedar Bridge Park is the "mother of Lakewood's problems". This is what we are landing up with. Is this a compete with BMG? CEO & the Rosh Yeshiva with the shvitzers of BMG to weezil a letter from the Gedolim that Cedar Bridge is the way to go, chutzpah at it's peak.

  33. Anonymous says:

If not for Cedar Bridge park this never would have happened. Cedarbridge showed everyone especially Bob, they would do anything for a buck. Try it you'll like it.
Partying & drinking with goyim is ossur..

    CEO is in Israel.

Is all Muttar under the guise of Kids at risk?there is NO morals NO principles NO Daas Torah NO shame its only about GELT.
    FEH FEH....

I really don’t understand all the outrage, what’s the big deal if the Chavrei HaKollel try to raise a few dollars from the politicians. They are not hurting anyone! Its not public money! If Bob wants to support it great! If Isaac Ackerman wants to support it great! Besides for the great job the Kollel does in the Bais Medrash, they have great networking sessions that help the kehila as a whole! If the want to help educate the Tzibur that is not in Yeshiva, let them. We cant keep Cutting off our nose to spite our face.

  38. Anonymous says:

    what is WITH these people?!

  39. Eli Manning says:

All this while there will be a candlelight vigil a block away?? SICK!!!

  40. Anonymous says:

The whole kollel place is neged daas Torah.

  41. Anonymous says:

The networking has nothing to do with Chavrei...they use their empty building.

  42. Anonymous says:

I am terribly upset about the breakdown of Hakaras Hatov in this town. Senator Singer has probably been the largest donor to Bmg and the clan. Why aren't they naming a building after him? Hakaras Hatov??????????

  43. Anonymous says:

I DONT GET WHAT ALL THE HOCK IS? PEOPLE PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM WITH THIS VOCATIONAL SCHOOL THAT CAN TEACH PEOPLE COMPUTERS ETC INSTEAD OF BUMMING ON THE STREET SMOKING POT!!!!

  44. Anonymous says:

Shame on all of you. These kids need our help. We owe the Chavrei Hakolel everything they are the one taking in your children and trying to save them when everyone else rejected them. Or would you rather they become drug addict homeless rejects??! Shame on all of you for the hatred. This is not Torah this is not yidishkiet!!

  45. Anonymous says:

Rav Shmuel absolutely supports Chavrei Hakolel and he supports the fact that it is "named" after Bob. Even though he would tell you not to vote for Bob.
Anyone bashing this thing better have their own das tora or they will have a very hot place waiting for them after mea viesrim. Hatzlocho.

  46. Anonymous says:

I spoke to the yidden involved and they all asked their own daas torah. I want to thank them publicly for helping a mosad from falling. S'chorchom harbeh me'od!

  47. Anonymous says:

Find me any rov that would allow thid or any support of a known meshumad. This is assur gomur. C'mon show us a name. A bunch of shakronim. All of you starting with shenky. You call yourselves frum? Disgusting.
