  1. Resolution authorizing the approval to submit a Grant Application and Execute a Grant Agreement with the New Jersey Department of Transportation for the 2010/2011 Road Program Project. (NJDOT – SAGE)

  2. Resolution releasing a Maintenance Guarantee posted by AutoZone in connection with SP#1729 for Block 104, Lots 42 and 43, in the amount of $10,880.00. 08/05/10

  3. Resolution releasing a Performance Guarantee posted by Joseph Rabinowitz in connection with Application SP#1914, Block 169, Lot 21, in the amount of $13,300.00.

    I think I heard bob singer say that the state rejected lakewood's smart growth plan. If so, on what basis? Is the plan dead? What changes does the state want? Maybe less growth? Maybe they think it is a dumb plan??
