Those who are running are all in the same frame of mind - I want mine and the heck with everyone else. When I was going through school I was taught that the elected officials do what the majority of the people want them to do. I was also taught the elected officials always tell the truth. Well, now it seems I was taught wrong. If I was taught the REAL way politics operates I would have become a politician and made LOTS of money for myself. I'm thinking of getting a good lawyer and SUING the schools who taught me wrong and, therefore, prevented me from becoming a millionaire.
